It' not bulky and can be used in various situations like when watching tv, texting in bed etc.I bought 2. My husband is waiting for a epidermal shot for his neck pain and is extremely happy with the Bespillow too!It' a perfect pillow for back, stomach and side, and toss n turn sleepers who wake up with neck pain.

Hard to explain the firm yet softness , but i like it .It' more made for a woman with small hips , and not for a man with regular sized male hips .IF it were slightly thinner , it would be perfect , but I cannot find a thinner similar product .I will still give it 5 stars , because it is made well .
